Please note:
- Registrations are capped at 5 youth per congregation until two weeks
prior to the registration deadline. Registrations will be accepted in order
by postmark date. If a congregation has 5 youth already registered, additional
registrations from that congregation will be added to a waiting list. If there
are still spots available by two weeks before the registration deadline, youth
on the waiting list will be added in order by postmark date. (Since TEC is a
"small group" retreat and there is only room for 25 youth guests per weekend, we
want to offer more congregations a chance to register youth for the weekend.)
- Registrations are processed in order received by postmark date (or date
received at our mailing address if hand-delivered).
