Pastor Charlie Zimmerman was a guest
at STW TEC #23. Christ gave him a grace-full gift that weekend
as other Christians shared the love of Christ with him. TEC holds
special treasures for Pastor Charlie because it's a family affair.
He serves as a Spiritual Director on TEC teams with his wife. They served with their sons when the boys were in high school. Pastor Charlie serves as the STWTEC board Spiritual Director.

For years, First Lutheran has been
sending youth to TEC as a way of building
on the foundation laid in the confirmation years. Through this
weekend, our
youth have returned home passionate about being disciples of Jesus
and
continuing the journey of faith formation. Building on solid Lutheran
fundamentals, this weekend retreat leads people to experience
God's grace
and love. It is a non-threatening, highly energized, faith-based,
community
building event.
Through lively music, group activities,
sharing personal stories, worship
services, and personal sharing, youth and adults are drawn into
this
life-changing experience. The event is led primarily by youth
who have
previously attended TEC and by adults who support them.
If you want to give your youth
a gift that will continue to give throughout
their lives, then invite them to experience a TEC weekend. It
